No. We do not add glutamate to our products.

No. All Zerbinati products are GM-free.

No. In addition, an analytical control process is in place for fruit and vegetables from Campania, in order to guarantee that all of our products comply with food safety standards.

Once the packaging of your cream of vegetable soup, broth or side dish has been opened, you can store it in the refrigerator. It is important that you keep the pack closed, and consume the contents within one day. Once the packaging for each individual Burger'Z has been opened, it can be stored in a refrigerator and must be consumed within one day. Once the packaging for each individual Flan’Z has been opened, it can be stored in a refrigerator and must be consumed within one day. 

Our products have been developed and prepared to be eaten when fresh, so it's a shame to freeze them. Although there are no contraindications for doing so, we cannot guarantee that the individual properties of the product (nutritional values, taste, goodness and aroma) will remain unchanged after thawing.

Yes, all of the materials that we use to package our products are recyclable and can be disposed of in your differentiated waste.

We do not recommend consuming our products after the expiry date.

No. All Zerbinati products are free from preservatives, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Yes, all the vegetables we use are fresh. For the preparation of our cream of vegetable soups, broths, side dishes, Burger'Z and Flan'Z, we use only carefully selected fresh vegetables, delivering healthy, natural products to your table, just as you would.

In a microwave oven: remove the bowl from the cardboard sleeve (N.B.: the cardboard cannot be placed in the microwave), take off the protective film using a knife and heat the product in the microwave on high power in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging. In a saucepan: remove the bowl from the cardboard sleeve, take off the protective film using a knife and heat the product on a low heat until boiling.

 

No. The ingredients used in most of our recipes do not contain gluten, but as indicated on the label, we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of this substance. As such, our soups should NOT be eaten by people who are coeliac.

In a microwave oven: remove the tray from the box, take off the protective film using the special tab and heat on the tray on full power (800w) for 2 minutes. In a pan: remove the tray from the box, take off the protective film using the special tab and warm in a hot pan with a little extra virgin olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Yes. As displayed on the label, our Burger’Z are gluten free, and besides being a delicious way to enjoy vegetables, they can be eaten by coeliacs too.

In a microwave oven: remove the protective film using the special tab, tip the contents upside down without removing the container and heat on full power (800w) for 1 minute. In the oven: preheat the fan oven to 180 °C, turning the product onto a baking tray covered with baking parchment, ensuring that you remove the container, and heat for 10 minutes. In a bain-marie: bring the water to a boil in the pan, pierce the protective film, immerse the container for 5 minutes, and then remove it. Take off the protective film using the special tab and flip the product over onto a plate.

No. The ingredients used in our Flan'Z do not contain gluten, but as indicated on the label, we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of this substance. Accordingly, our Flan'Z, should NOT be eaten by people who are coeliac.

Yes, they are carefully washed and dried.
