To boil 500g of product, boil the vegetables in 1,5l of water, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Put in a pot, with some extra virgin olive oil and salt, the soffritto and your cooking mix. Once they are ready, add some raisin and walnuts or some pine nuts.
