To boil 400g of product, boil the Turnip greens in 1,5l of water, salt and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Boil your turnip greens with the orecchiette pasta in a pot, in the meantime, in a big pan, prepare a soffritto with extravirgin olive oil, garlic and anchovies. When the orecchiette and the Turnip greens are ready, drain them and cook them 2min with the soffritto you've previously prepared.
