Water, beans in varying proportions (cannellini bean, pinto bean, green lentil, red lentil, red kidney bean), vegetables in varying proportions (carrot, celery, onion, spinach), barley, spelt, extra virgin olive oil 1%, salt.

It may contain traces of milk and soy. Contains gluten and celery.

How to use

Take the bowl out of the cardboard sleeve and remove the protective film. Heat up only the portion you intend to consume.

In microwave oven

Heat the product at maximum power (800W) for 3 minutes, then stir and continue heating for 1 minute.

In a pot

Pour the product in a pot and heat until boiling.
